Warranty & Returns
Return & Refunds
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # ( RMA # ) within 7(seven) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will be considered as damaged by the customer. RMA # is good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
Please email service@laptopz.com to submit your return request. All returns
will be evaluated by our technical team. Please confirm your personal info is
accurate and effective. Your cooperation and confirmation is required while
communication. Laptopz.com will not handle your case any more in fourteen (14)
days if we cannot get a response from you. Refunds are made for product value
only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Warranty
The limited warranty applicable
to the product bought from Laptopz.com is 180 days.
During these 180-days, Laptopz.com
will provide an exchange or repair service for the defective products which has
been confirmed as defective by the manufacturer or Laptopz.com’s technicians.
Your purchased screen
comes with a 180 days limited warranty against defects in material and
workmanship. The warranty period ends 180 days from the date of the purchase of
the original product. Our warranty is solely for the purpose of repairing or
replacing product purchased from Laptopz.com. At its discretion, Laptopz.com
shall repair product which is deemed defective by Laptopz.com, after 180
days warranty.
Shipped a Wrong Item
If we shipped a wrong
screen, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a RMA#. The
screen you received should be returned in original condition.
You need to pay from at
least 50% to 100% of the item price for the damages or the missing of the
accessories originally attached. And then we will reship a right screen asap.
Bought a Wrong Item
If you bought a wrong
item, then you should contact us within 7 days since the date of receipt. For
products exchange, you should be responsible for return shipping fee, reshipping
fee and price difference between the original item and the exchange item. For
refund, you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product
must be returned in original condition with all miscellaneous accessories
included.
You need to pay from at

accessories originally attached. And then we will reship a right screen asap.
To the incompatible item,
we will reship the right item to you ASAP after inspection. If the inspection
cannot get through, it will be processed as you bought a wrong item.
Lost Item
An item is considered
lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US only. To
such case, cover insurance will influence our processing. However, to
international orders, Processing of Clearance in Customs may cause delay.
International Returns
To international orders,
you should contact us to confirm the needed item before purchase. You are
responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments.
Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling
charges. Laptopz.com is not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by
the laws and policies of your local government as well as other handling fees.
General
You are responsible for
risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product,.all
shipping charges is NON-Refundable unless agreed by Laptopz.com. 20% restocking
fee is required if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a 50% restocking fee for
damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without
the prior approval issued by Laptopz.com.
